phenylalanine: peanuts, egg, and soy

threonine: cottage cheese, sescine seeds, poultry, fish, and lotails

tryptophan: egg’s, sesame and sunflower seeds, chocolate, yogurt, and milk

Valine: soy, protein, Parmesan, and season
